Here it is the unit that decides what you order and how much of it. 한 상 주세요 does not ask for a table to sit at; it orders one full set as the house has composed it.

기본은 basic이 아니라 값에 이미 포함된 것을 가리킵니다. 기본으로 나가요라는 말은 무료로 준다는 뜻이 아니라 따로 시키지 않아도 상값 안에 들어 있다는 뜻입니다. 공짜로 알아들으면 계산할 때 어긋납니다.기본 is not basic; it marks what is already inside the price. 기본으로 나가요 does not mean it is free, it means it comes without a separate order because the table price covers it. Hear it as free and the bill will not match your expectation.
